Effective September 16, 2026
CrowdRig provides software tools that let a streamer's audience interact with their stream ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
You're responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must be at least 13 to use CrowdRig and an adult to buy a subscription.
Paid plans bill monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. Plans include a monthly allowance of active viewers; if you exceed it, your viewers are never cut off — you get 14 days' notice in the console before host features step down a plan. Cancel any time from your account; you keep access until the end of the current period. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice by email. See our refund policy.
Don't use CrowdRig to break the rules of the platform you stream on, to harass people, to play content you don't have the rights to, or to interfere with the Service. We can suspend accounts that do.
You own your stream and settings. You're responsible for the content your tools play and for how you moderate your chat. CrowdRig gives you the controls; using them is up to you.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the CrowdRig apps while you have an account. Don't reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute them.
We work hard to keep the Service up, but it's provided "as is" without warranties. Features may change; we'll announce material changes in the changelog and by email.
To the extent the law allows, CrowdRig's liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost stream revenue.
You can close your account any time. We can close accounts that violate these terms, with a refund of any prepaid, unused period unless the violation was serious.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], USA. Disputes go to the courts located there.
