If CrowdRig isn't working for you, tell us within 14 days of your first paid charge and we'll refund it in full — no forms, no questions beyond "what went wrong?" so we can fix it.

After that, subscriptions renew monthly or yearly, whichever you chose. Cancel any time and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for; we don't prorate partial periods, but we also never charge you again once you've cancelled. Yearly plans cancelled within 30 days of renewal are refunded in full.

If an outage on our side kept a paid feature from working during your stream, email [email protected] with the date and we'll credit the month.

Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
