Effective September 16, 2026
CrowdRig ("we", "us") makes interactive stream tools. This policy explains what we collect when you use crowdrig.com and the CrowdRig apps, and what we do with it.
Your email address, the platform you stream on, and an optional handle. We use it to send you access invites and product updates. Unsubscribe from any email and we stop.
Your email address (it is your login — we send one-time sign-in links to it), the rigs you set up, and the settings you save. There is no password to store.
Basic, aggregated analytics on the website (page views, referrers, country) via a privacy-preserving provider that does not use cookies or track you across sites. In the app, crash reports and feature usage that help us fix bugs.
When viewers use CrowdRig commands in your chat, we process the command, the viewer's public username and the timestamp to make the tool work. We keep this only as long as needed to run the feature and show your stream's history.
Service providers who run infrastructure for us (hosting, email delivery, payments) under their own privacy commitments, and authorities when the law requires it. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see your full card number.
Email [email protected] to access, correct or delete your data. Deleting your account deletes your settings and history within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or fraud prevention.
CrowdRig is for people 13 and older, and the paid plans for adults who can enter into a contract.
If this policy changes materially we'll email account holders and post the new date here.
