Free to start. Grows with your crowd.

Everything is unlocked while CrowdRig is in beta. When billing opens, the Free plan stays free, and paid plans scale by how many viewers actually use the controls each month. Beta accounts are founding members: 20% off any plan, for life.

What is an "active viewer"?

Someone who requested a song, voted or fired an effect in the last 30 days — on the room page or in chat. Watching doesn't count; only touching a control does. The console shows the meter.

How do viewers earn points?

By being on your stream. The CrowdRig Chrome extension sits on your own live page (Whatnot, Twitch, Kick, YouTube) and reports who is chatting, joining and buying — by exact username, once a minute. Members earn for time on the stream, messages, purchases, voting and showing up. Nobody earns anything for keeping a web page open, and it works on every plan.

What is the library cap?

Free rigs hold 30 songs and Crowd rigs 100 — both start from a built-in list of popular hits checked to play on the overlay, and you can remove any song and add your own within the cap. Rig and Network have no cap. Open requests (anything on YouTube Music, approved by you or auto-played) come with Crowd and up.

What happens if my crowd outgrows my plan?

Nothing, for your viewers: they are never blocked. You get a heads-up in the console and 14 days to upgrade; after that some host features step down one plan until you upgrade or usage settles. Change or cancel any time.

What does "logs" mean?

Your history of requests, polls, effect fires and crowd activity. Free keeps 7 days, Crowd 30, Rig and Network 90 — with CSV export on Rig and up.

Does CrowdRig post in my chat?

No, and it never will. Chat commands are read-only: viewers type them, CrowdRig acts on them, and the reply shows as a toast on your overlay. There is no bot account to add.

What is founding-member pricing?

Every account created during the beta gets 20% off any plan for as long as it stays subscribed. It's applied automatically at checkout when billing opens.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Monthly plans are month to month; yearly plans are two months free. Cancel from the console and you keep access until the end of the period. See the refund policy.
